Sandra Fuentes brings extensive experience in providing professional advisory services to Boards of Directors across various communities. She is well-versed in state and federal regulations, as well as community documents, policies, and procedures. Known for building strong relationships with board members, Sandra excels in proactive communication, contract management, and anticipating the needs of the associations she serves.

Michael Moretti is an experienced sales professional dedicated to helping clients simplify their insurance needs. As a Commercial Insurance Agent, he focuses on expanding business growth across the Greater Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota areas, building strong relationships and delivering tailored coverage solutions.

Nichole Tenderholt is a business leader, community advocate, and owner of Lowe’s Commercial Painting, a family-operated company with over 25 years in Florida. With more than two decades of leadership and business development experience, Nichole has built a reputation for trust, excellence, and community service. She is passionate about growing strong client relationships and giving back through charitable causes and local initiatives.

With more than 22 years of experience as a licensed Community Association Manager, Afroditi brings extensive leadership and operational expertise to the Association Management Industry. As Division President at Sentry Management, Inc., she is dedicated to advancing professional standards, fostering collaboration, and driving the continued growth and excellence of community management throughout the region. Passionate about building strong, thriving communities, Afroditi and her team actively support local organizations and initiatives that give back and make a lasting positive impact.

Terry Phelps focuses on identifying new business opportunities, expanding the marketplace, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the Gulf with her family.

Jamie Bryan has over 17 years of experience in association management and has been with Greenacre since 2019. As COO, she oversees management, administrative, and accounting operations. She holds a Bachelor’s in Women’s Studies and Sociology from the University at Albany, is a Florida licensed CAM, and holds CMCA, AMS, and PCAM credentials. Jamie is an active member of CAI, serving on the Community Association Managers Council, and is also a member of CEOMC.

Nichole Allard is a seasoned property management professional, currently managing a luxury high-rise condominium in South Tampa. As Treasurer of TMI, she oversees financial operations and supports the organization’s mission to provide top-tier educational opportunities for property managers. She is passionate about exceptional service, resident satisfaction, and fostering strong communities.

Karel Costa-Armas has nearly 20 years of experience in the Community Association industry, managing properties from eight to sixty acres with budgets up to $8M. Licensed since 2007, he holds the CMCA, AMS, and PCAM designations. Karel is passionate about educating board members and managers, sharing his expertise through events, social media, and online resources.

Monique began her legal career in commercial litigation before transitioning to community association law in 2006. A former Army strategist and football coach, she brings a dynamic, practical approach to legal challenges. An elite ultra-runner, Monique combines strategic insight with resilience both inside and outside the courtroom.
