Brandy Fetter has been a Licensed Community Association Manager in Florida since 2015 and currently serves as Regional Director of Property Management with Condominium Associates in St. Petersburg. She brings extensive experience in property and community association management, project coordination, fiscal control, and customer service. Prior to her CAM career, Brandy held senior management roles at Verizon specializing in resource planning, project management, and facilities operations.

Nicki Asmer joined Appleton Reiss in 2020 and has nearly two decades of experience in litigation and community association law. She began her career as Director of Legal Affairs for a software company in New York before founding her own Florida law firm in 2004. Today, she advises association boards and managers on covenant enforcement, governing document amendments, contracts, collections, and foreclosures. Nicki is also a frequent lecturer, providing certification courses and education for community association professionals and board members.

Known for her strong work ethic, leadership, and dedication to professional growth, Alisha is committed to serving her residents with care and professionalism.

With over 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and time as a licensed insurance adjuster, she brings a unique skill set to community association management. Jennifer is currently pursuing her Florida CAM license and is recognized for her professionalism, teamwork, and dedication to serving residents with energy and care.

Samantha has gained valuable experience navigating the complexities of Florida's hurricane season over the last year, successfully overseeing major restoration projects. She is passionate about her career and is dedicated to further professional development, focusing on the well-being of her board members, homeowners, and the properties she manages.
